We have secured a broadcast deal with Sky Arts that will see the film aired on two prime time slots tied in with Record Store Day. Scheduled for Friday 19th April at 9pm and Saturday 20th April at 5pm.
A new Deluxe edition of the DVD will be released at the same time.…

2013 sees the continued run away success of last shop standing which is the official film of record store day on April 20th globally , it also has its release in the USA as well….as if that isn’t enough WE also have 2 very exciting feature documentaries…
One is under way and part financed already and that is Greenbelt at 40: The Film

The other Bicycle: We have teamed up with Bafta winning film Director Michael B Clifford to make a film about the history of the humble bicycle and its impact on British culture over the past century and more…

Here at BHM were busy with all things “last shop standing” which is just running away with many screenings of the film having taken place and many more to come between now and spring next year: its the gift that just keeps on giving: DVD sales are going really well and we hope that is really supporting and bringing focus to the uk indie record shops.…

Since its premiere on the 5th Sept at the beautiful Ritzy in Brixton London and its official release on the 10th Sept
the film has been widely reviewed on line and in print with much acclaim:…

Crowd funding is all about raising finance for your film /media /art project or indeed any other worthy or not cause via an online platform like indiegogo ( www.indiegogo.com): you tell people what it is all about and ask them to donate money in return for “perks” you grant them, ie: name in credits / tickets to premiere etc etc…
It does work and it is working for many thousands of people around the world from those wanting to raise a few thousands to some who have raised over a million!!…

The good news is it that we have some new partners helping us to get IM into Oz cinemas and special screenings: the film has been well received in that part of the world and are keen to see it flourish: if you are in Oz and want to see the film on a screen near you, let us know and we will ensure we help to make that happen.…

After many years of learning our craft and creating films we are grateful BHM has established itself as a credible maker of award winning films. Good stuff eh…of course but not without its pain and this what the blog is all about.…
